Prohibited Items
- Asbestos – No asbestos to be brought on to our sites.
- C.F.Cs – Any item that contains ozone depleting substances must be degassed before acceptance.
- Corrosives – With the exception of lead acid batteries, nothing else containing corrosive materials will be accepted.
- Flammable Liquids and Gas – Fuels, oils, paint, spirits and thinners.
- Lithium Batteries – No lithium batteries to be brought on to our sites for recycling.
- Non-metallic Rubbish – Any loose material that is non-metallic.
- Oxidising Agents – Oxidisers and organic peroxides.
- Pressure Vessels – Any pressure vessel must be emptied and have the nozzle removed before acceptance.
- Radioactive Material – No radioactive material to be brought on to our sites.
